Comprehensive and Practical Training and Support

There are three elements to the equipped2succeed Licensee Training and Support Programme.

ONE: equipped2succeed Licensee Training  

The programme’s success is attributed to its comprehensive, practical nature which enables participants to learn and confidently implement equipped2succeed training programmes. Excellent content and design of all the workshops in the programme ensures effective delivery. The training comprises:

o   10-day in-depth training programme;

o   Participants supported by an experienced lead trainer to deliver their first equipped2succeed training programme;

o   4 one-to-one mentoring sessions over a 6-month period that further support effective implementation.

Trainees benefit from working with Beverley Burton, creator and lead trainer, who has vast experience, knowledge and expertise; developed in the learning and development sectors over the past 30 years.

TWO: equipped2succeed Resources

 Licensed trainers have access to comprehensive, high quality resources that provide people with the tools to deliver transformational development. Accessible content includes all presentations and trainer background materials, learner reflection tools, individual activities and team challenges. equipped2succeed modules have been developed to make learning fun, practical and accessible with materials and activities that engage all learners.

The equipped2succeed Quality Framework underpins excellent delivery and a comprehensive evaluation framework enables trainers and organisations to gather effective participant feedback, review and measure progress.

THREE: e2s (equipped2succeed) Associate Network

 equipped2succeed Licensed Facilitators have access to on-going support and further training that enables continuous improvement: 

o   e2s Associate Network: Regional Network events that support continuous improvement.

o   e2s Next Level Training Days: exclusive access to e2s Next Level Training which shares new workshops, ideas, tools and resources that support continuous improvement.
