equipped4wellbeing is a flexible online programme for Syrian women. It is designed to fit around work, study and life commitments. You will get the opportunity to take part in live online workshops supported by facilitators and learning champions. Throughout the programme you will develop toolkit to thrive.
This programme will help you to pursue your purpose and goals, and develop the capabilities we all need to maintain wellbeing and thrive. You may have a dream you want to pursue, you may feel stuck, you may feel unsure about what to you want to pursue. Whatever our situation, it always helps to continue our development.
